1] Does the Black PCB board use only 18 ceramic disc capacitors as compared to the 21 on the old board? 2] Can I use 0 ohm resistors in place of 1 ohm resistors. Also, only 2 of these are marked in the picture for the black board but I think I need to place 5 of these resistors as shown for the OLD ...

Sorry still unable to see the black circle. should the power lead be attached to the negative side of the diode [ away from the black stripe]?

Tony, i may have posted this earlier in a wrong spot. I have the big black circuit board. I have installed the initial components and want to do the first test. I do not know where to apply the power leads. Since this is a DC power board the +ve and -ve leads should be placed correctly. I am unable ...

I have accidently mixed up the IN-7 and the IN-7A tubes. Does this:
